Employment Type: Full-Time Job Role:General Helper is responsible for keeping the production area clean and tidy. Perform various cleaning tasks, which include mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping floors, arranging the goods, etc. Key Responsibilities:* Lift raw materials, finished goods, and packed items, manually or using hoists.

• Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators.
• When working on a machine, strictly follow the operator’s instructions.
• Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and notify operators of any malfunctions.
• Sweep, mop, and remove debris both inside and outside factory premises.
• Place products in equipment or on work surface for further processing, inspection or wrapping.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the production in charge.
• Remove products, machine attachments or waste material from machines
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the production in charge.
• Keep machine and machine area neat \& clean.
• Recalibrate machines at the end of each shift.
• Prepare raw materials for all types of processing.
• Pack and store materials.

Educational Requirements

;* ITI/ Polytechnic/ Any Diploma is preferred.

• Minimum high school education preferred; basic literacy and numeracy required
• Prior experience in a production/factory environment is an advantage, but not mandatory
• On-the-job training will be provided

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads
• Manual dexterity for handling tools, materials, and packaging
• Comfortable working in a factory/production environment (noise, temperature variations, etc.)

* English - Mandatory
