About the Role

Raj Realty Group is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sourcing Executive to strengthen its channel partner network and generate property-related business opportunities. The role involves developing relationships with new and existing channel partners, identifying potential property leads, and expanding the company's sourcing network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new channel partners (CPs) and property brokers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
• Generate property leads and business opportunities through the CP network.
• Conduct regular field visits and meetings with channel partners to strengthen business relationships.
• Explore new sourcing opportunities across Mira Road, Bhayandar and nearby locations.
• Maintain records of channel partner details, meetings, follow-ups and sourcing activities.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and closing teams to ensure a smooth lead handover.
• Achieve sourcing targets and contribute to the expansion of the company's channel partner network.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Prior experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, business development or a similar role is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate leads and develop new business networks.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits and channel partner meetings.

Candidates with experience in real estate broker networking, channel partner acquisition and property sourcing will be preferred.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹61,000.00 per month
