Warehouse \& Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle RTO shipments and ensure timely processing and closure.
• Perform tagging of newly received inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Complete putaway of returned inventory after tagging and verification.
• Support order packing and dispatch activities as required.
• Update inventory and shipment-related details on the system/laptop.
• Maintain accurate records of tagging, RTOs, returns and inventory movement.
• Provide operational support across warehouse activities as required.
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities and ensure smooth operations during team members’ absence.
• Coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve inventory or shipment-related issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, e-commerce or retail operations.
• Comfortable with tagging, packing and handling inventory physically.
• Basic computer/laptop skills and ability to work on Excel/system-based inventory processes.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and support multiple operational activities.
• Prior experience in fashion, jewellery or retail warehouse operations would be an advantage.
