Job Description

Position- Production Officer/ Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.

• Ensure production schedules are met in line with quality standards and

deadlines.

• Coordinate with the planning, quality, maintenance, and stores departments

for smooth workflow.

• Maintain records of production output, downtime, material usage, and labour

utilization.

• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and drive continuous

improvement.

• Supervise and guide production staff and operators to achieve productivity

goals.

• Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks or issues affecting production efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control systems, and regulatory

compliance.

• Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain equipment and process

health.

• Assist in inventory planning and ensure optimal material availability.
