Job Summary

MAS Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Trainee Planning Executive / Engineer - Supply chain to join our Operations and Planning team. This role offers hands-on experience in material planning, SAP-based requirement planning, and coordination with internal departments and pan-India branches to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement MRP for branches to meet customer demands
• Generate material requirement plans in SAP based on branch/customer demand
• Coordinate with internal departments and pan-India branches to ensure on-time deliverables
• Work with the logistics team to address material shortages promptly
• Coordinate with the Door Production team for smooth delivery of Standard and Non-Standard orders
• Plan and monitor operations and prepare weekly planning sheets to support the production team and resolve issues

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/SAP systems
• Strong material planning and organizational skills
• Basic team coordination and management abilities
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent coordination and communication skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduate / PGDM/ B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Freshers or up to 2 year of experience in Planning, Production, Operations or Client Coordination
