Retail Operations Executive @ Bhiwandi

Job Responsibilities

• Create and process Sales Orders (SO) in the system accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with the concerned teams for MRP checking and verification.
• Coordinate and follow up for RTV (Return to Vendor) related activities.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for order processing and deliveries.
• Follow up on the status of pending and dispatched orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain proper records of Sales Orders, dispatches, deliveries, RTVs and related transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues and discrepancies.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with the concerned teams for smooth retail operations.
• Prepare basic reports and MIS related to orders, dispatches and deliveries.
• Perform other operational and coordination activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales Coordination, Order Processing, Warehouse Coordination or similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Experience in creating Sales Orders in ERP/SAP or similar systems will be preferred.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Should be organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a warehouse/operations environment.

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
