About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly accurate Data Entry Executive to manage large datasets and ensure data quality across systems. The ideal candidate should have strong Advanced Excel skills and experience in data management, MIS reporting, and data validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data with high accuracy
• Extract, compile, and organize data from multiple sources
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain trackers
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors
• Create and maintain Excel templates and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely data collection and updates
• Support operations and analytics teams with data-related tasks

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, Power Query)
• Strong data management and analytical skills
• High typing speed and attention to detail
• Experience with Google Sheets and MIS reporting
• Ability to work with large datasets efficiently

Eligibility

• Any Graduate
• 2–3 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, Operations, or Data Management
