Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to handle day-to-day data entry, record maintenance, updating of systems/Excel sheets, and coordination with departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in Excel, ERP/software and company systems.
• Maintain and update daily records, reports, stock/data sheets and other operational information.
• Verify data for accuracy and identify missing or incorrect information.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
• Coordinate with departments for required data.
• Update order, inventory, dispatch, sales or other business-related information as assigned.
• Ensure data is entered within the required timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Perform other data-related and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good Advance MS Excel knowledge – data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas, formatting.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of Logic Software ( Preferred )
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Any additional computer or data-entry certification will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry / Back Office / MIS / Admin Operations.
• Experience in FMCG, Fashion, E-commerce, Warehouse or Retail will be preferred.
• Candidates with good Excel and data accuracy skills will be given preference.

₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
