Responsibilities

• Handling inbound \& outbound customer calls
• Managing client queries and providing timely resolutions
• Coordinating with internal teams for order updates and support
• Maintaining call logs and CRM updates
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Good communication skills (English required)
• Experience in customer support/call handling preferred
• Comfortable working on call systems like RingCentral
• Basic computer \& CRM knowledge
