Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our site in Taloja. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in security duties and be capable of monitoring site activities, controlling entry and exit, and maintaining a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Maintain security at the site and prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Maintain visitor registers and security-related records.
• Monitor site materials, equipment, and other assets to prevent theft or loss.
• Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or safety concerns to the concerned authority.
• Follow site security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Maintain discipline and coordinate with site management when required.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Security Guard, preferably at a construction site.
• Good observation skills and a responsible attitude.
• Physically fit and alert during duty hours.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain proper records.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
