About the Role

Volumetric is looking for responsible and reliable Van Driver \& Delivery Executives to join our parcel delivery operations. The person will be responsible for driving the van, handling parcels, and completing timely deliveries to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive the assigned van for daily delivery operations.
• Pick up parcels from designated locations.
• Load, organize, and handle parcels carefully.
• Deliver parcels to customers as per the assigned route and schedule.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery.
• Update delivery status accurately.
• Handle COD/payment collection when applicable.
• Maintain basic cleanliness and condition of the vehicle.
• Follow traffic rules, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Report delivery issues, delays, vehicle problems, or failed deliveries to the operations team.

Requirements

• Valid driving licence.
• Previous driving or delivery experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
• Basic smartphone knowledge.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to manage driving and delivery responsibilities efficiently.
