About Facethetic Clinic

Facethetic Clinic specializes in advanced hair transplant surgery, hair restoration, aesthetic treatments, and dental implant procedures. We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Sales \& Marketing Manager who can manage patient enquiries, explain hair transplant procedures, close sales, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling \& Patient Counselling

• Call leads generated through Instagram, Facebook Ads, Google, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
• Understand patient requirements and explain hair transplant procedures, including DHI and Advanced Hair Implantation (AHI).
• Explain treatment packages, pricing, and consultation procedures.
• Follow up consistently with interested patients and convert enquiries into consultations and surgery bookings.

Sales \& Deal Closing

• Convert prospective patients into confirmed hair transplant surgeries.
• Handle objections related to pricing, recovery, treatment options, and expected results.
• Build patient confidence through professional communication and ethical counselling.
• Coordinate with the doctor for consultations and treatment planning.

Marketing \& Business Development

• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Monitor leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google, and referral campaigns.
• Suggest strategies to increase enquiries, consultations, and surgery bookings.
• Support promotional campaigns and patient referral initiatives.

Reporting \& Coordination

• Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
• Update CRM or Excel/Google Sheets regularly.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with doctors, reception staff, and the clinical team.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
• Experience in telecalling, healthcare sales, or customer relationship management.
• Ability to work towards monthly sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel, CRM tools, and digital marketing leads.
• Professional and ethical communication when discussing medical procedures.

Preferred Languages

• English
• Hindi
• Marathi
• Kannada

Candidates fluent in multiple languages will be preferred. Marathi is particularly useful for Mumbai operations, and Kannada for Bengaluru operations.

Salary \& Performance Incentives

Fixed monthly salary

₹20,000–₹30,000, depending on experience and performance.

In addition to the fixed salary, the candidate will receive performance-based incentives for every eligible, completed hair transplant surgery attributed to their sales efforts.

• Incentives will be calculated on completed surgeries, not merely enquiries or bookings.
• The incentive amount and eligibility criteria will be defined by the clinic.
• Higher performance may qualify for additional monthly bonuses based on agreed targets.
• Incentives will be subject to documented lead attribution, completion of surgery, and the clinic’s written incentive policy.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Prompt response to incoming leads.
• Number of leads contacted and successfully followed up.
• Consultation bookings and patient attendance.
• Number of completed hair transplant surgeries.
• Monthly revenue generated.
• Lead management accuracy and patient satisfaction.
