Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive with around 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer interaction. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, following up on enquiries, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Generate sales leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Handle customer questions professionally and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
• Work towards assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during calls.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or a similar sales role.
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.
• Fresh approaches to customer communication and the ability to work in a team.
