Export Executive

Manage end-to-end export documentation and shipment processes

Prepare and verify export documents including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates, and other required documentation

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and customs for timely shipment clearance

Handle export orders from order processing to final shipment

Coordinate with international customers regarding order status, shipment schedules, documentation, and delivery updates

Monitor shipment tracking and ensure timely dispatch and delivery

Ensure compliance with export procedures, customs regulations, and company policies

Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Accounts, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics

Maintain proper records of export orders, shipments, invoices, and related documents

Follow up on payments and export-related documentation with the Accounts team

Resolve shipment, documentation, and logistics-related issues efficiently

Prepare regular reports related to export orders, shipments, and pending documentation
