Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and client enquiries
• Communicate through Calls, WhatsApp \& Email
• Understand client requirements
• Prepare and share quotations
• Follow up with leads and clients
• Convert enquiries into orders
• Update leads and follow-ups in Zoho CRM
• Coordinate with Design, Production \& Operations teams
