Part Time Teacher

We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and well-organised individual to join our Abacus Training Centre as a Part-Time Teacher cum Centre Coordinator.

The role involves teaching children, coordinating with parents, and managing the day-to-day activities of the centre. No prior experience in Abacus teaching is required, as complete training will be provided to the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Abacus to children after completing the required training.
• Conduct interactive and engaging learning sessions.
• Monitor students’ progress and maintain their performance records.
• Coordinate with parents regarding attendance, progress, and feedback.
• Manage daily centre activities, class schedules, and student records.
• Handle enquiries, admission follow-ups, and parent communication.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and child-friendly learning environment.

Eligibility \& Skills Required

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Interest in teaching children and learning Abacus techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and organisational skills.
• Patient, enthusiastic, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Prior teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Training \& Support

• Complete training in Abacus teaching methods will be provided.
• Guidance and support will be given to help the candidate become confident in conducting classes.
