About the Project

We are looking for a tech-savvy, highly organized, and detail-oriented freelancer to assist with a short-term job application project.

The project involves applying to multiple positions within a specific company. Each position will require the candidate's resume and application materials to be carefully customized according to the individual job description.

This is a project-based opportunity, and the successful applicant will be paid for completing the agreed-upon scope of work within the established deadline.

Responsibilities

• Review multiple job descriptions from the same company and identify the key qualifications, skills, keywords, and responsibilities for each position.
• Tailor the resume appropriately for each individual position.
• Optimize resumes for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) while keeping the information accurate and professional.
• Adjust formatting, skills, professional summary, and relevant experience based on the requirements of each role.
• Complete online job applications accurately and efficiently, where required.
• Keep track of applications and project progress.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high professional standard and within the agreed deadline.
• Maintain confidentiality of all personal and application-related information.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have

• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Experience with resumes, job applications, recruitment, HR, or ATS optimization.
• Ability to understand and interpret different job descriptions quickly.
• Ability to customize applications for different roles without misrepresenting the candidate's actual experience or qualifications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet a firm deadline.
• Experience using Indeed, company career portals, LinkedIn, and other online application platforms is an asset.

Important

This is not a traditional full-time or part-time employment position. It is a freelance, project-based assignment with a defined scope and deadline.

Payment will be made based on completion of the agreed project scope. The exact project fee and number of applications will be discussed with the selected freelancer before work begins.
