ICU Home Care Nurse

• Provide continuous and professional nursing care to critically ill patients at home as per the prescribed care plan.
• Monitor vital signs, neurological status, oxygen saturation, blood glucose, and other relevant parameters.
• Manage oxygen therapy, ventilator support, tracheostomy care, and other ICU-related equipment as trained and authorized.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments accurately and on time.
• Provide catheter care, wound care, pressure-sore prevention, suctioning, and other essential nursing procedures.
• Maintain strict infection-control practices, hand hygiene, aseptic techniques, and patient safety standards.
• Observe and promptly report any deterioration, abnormal findings, or emergency signs to the treating doctor and family.
• Maintain accurate nursing records, medication charts, vital-sign records, and daily care documentation.
• Support nutrition, hydration, positioning, mobility, rehabilitation, and prevention of complications according to the care plan.
• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and family

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹42,535.00 per month
