JOB DESCRIPTION

To manage product support activities across the zone by ensuring effective implementation, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and achievement of business objectives for NR products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with Branch Banking & Sales Channels to enhance customer acquisition through strategic partnerships and alliances.

Engage with Zone Managers (ZM) and Cluster Heads (CH) to nurture existing client relationships and foster value creation.

Spearhead various initiatives within the channel, such as organizing Onam activities and orchestrating high-value client meetings.

Conduct thorough competition benchmarking within the catchment area to inform strategic decision-making.

Drive product knowledge and awareness initiatives, as well as lead campaigns within the channel to enhance market presence and engagement

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

12 to 25 years

Qualifications

Graduate/Preferable MBA
