Job Description
We are looking for a Store Executive with 1–3 years of experience in Store & Inventory Management, preferably from an Automotive / Auto Component / Manufacturing background.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store and inventory operations.
Receive, inspect, store and issue materials as per requirements.
Maintain stock records and update ERP/SAP entries.
Prepare and maintain GRN, material receipt and material issue documents.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material availability.
Conduct physical stock verification and maintain accurate records.
Follow proper material identification, storage and FIFO practices.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Quality departments.
Ensure proper documentation and smooth material movement.
Required Skills
1–3 years of relevant Store / Inventory experience
ERP / SAP knowledge is mandatory
Experience in Automotive / Auto Component / Manufacturing industry preferred
Good knowledge of GRN, material receipt/issue and stock management
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Good communication, coordination and documentation skills
Candidate Profile
Candidates currently based in Pune preferred.
Must be comfortable working at Bhosari MIDC, Pune.
Candidates with relevant automotive/manufacturing store experience will be preferred.
