About the Role
PropertyDotCom is looking for confident and motivated Telecallers to communicate with customers, handle property-related inquiries, follow up with leads, and support the company's sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make inbound-outbound calls to potential customers and property leads.
Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally.
Explain property-related services and provide basic information.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records.
Schedule appointments and coordinate property visits when required.
Update customer details and call reports in Excel or the company's system.
Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle calls and follow up with customers professionally.
