Job Summary

VerveTronics, a Pune-based company providing Embedded & IoT Product Development Services, with expertise in Functional Safety (FuSa), RAMS, Embedded Hardware & Software, and Remote Monitoring IoT Products, is looking for an HR Executive to manage core HR, recruitment, employee engagement, and support the company’s digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Handle onboarding, appointment letters, induction, and exit interviews.

Source candidates through job portals, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and databases.

HR Core Functions

Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment records.

Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment documentation.

Payroll & Compliance

Support payroll and salary calculations.

Manage employee verification, employment contracts, and compliance documentation.

Coordinate with relevant teams for payroll and employee-related queries.

Performance & Employee Engagement

Support performance appraisals and reward programs.

Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.

Handle and resolve employee grievances professionally.

Digital Marketing

Manage Social Media, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, and digital campaigns.

Create engaging content and maintain the company’s digital presence.

Support brand promotion and online visibility.

Track campaign performance, engagement, and KPIs.

Technical Requirements

Good knowledge of Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, and HRMS.

Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment platforms.

Knowledge of Social Media, SEO/SEM, and Email Marketing.

Familiarity with Canva / Adobe tools is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of digital analytics and content management.

Pay

₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
