About this job

Make calls to existing customers for payment follow-ups and outstanding collection.

Follow up with customers for pending payments and payment commitments.

Make outbound calls to the existing customer database to identify new IT product requirements.

Promote products such as desktops, laptops, printers, networking products, accessories, etc.

Generate sales enquiries and coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order closure.

Maintain customer call records, follow-ups and sales leads.

Good verbal communication in English & Hindi with a professional approach.

Comfortable maintaining customer databases, payment records and sales reports IN EXCEL
