Alexa Healthcare India Private Limited is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Influencer & Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. Salary

₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Shoot and edit high-quality videos, reels, and short-form content.

Write compelling scripts, captions, and content calendars.

Manage and maintain the company's social media pages and accounts.

Ensure daily content updates and consistent brand presence.

Monitor social media trends and implement creative ideas.

Increase organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.

Coordinate with the design and healthcare teams for campaign execution.

Track performance using social media insights and analytics.

Requirements

Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Experience in shooting and editing videos using mobile or DSLR cameras.

Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar software.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and script-writing skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle content.

Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.

Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Familiarity with influencer collaborations and digital marketing strategies.
