About LegUp

LegUp is a caregiving platform that connects families with trained and verified caregivers for babysitting, newborn care, elder care, and home assistance. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Interns to join our team and contribute to our business growth.

Role Overview

As a Sales Intern, you will support the sales team in connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining LegUp’s services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through calls and follow-ups.
• Explain LegUp’s services and assist customers with their requirements.
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition activities.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain customer information, lead details, and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Marathi.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of experience can apply.
• Graduates or candidates with relevant educational backgrounds are preferred.
• Candidates interested in building a career in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Acquisition are encouraged to apply.

Internship \& Compensation

• Duration: 3 months.
• Stipend: ₹18,000 per month.
• Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance during the internship, eligible candidates may be considered for conversion to a full-time employee role upon successful completion.
