Intern - Human Resources

About the Role

Analytics Insight is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain practical exposure to core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Assist in conducting telephonic screenings and initial candidate interactions.
• Support onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and HR records.
• Assist the HR team with attendance, employee engagement, and other HR activities.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Support HR initiatives, events, and other administrative activities as required.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

3-Month Internship Certificate will be provided upon successful completion.
