Location : Hyderabad (Corporate Office)

Fixed Salary + Incentives

Responsibilities

• Call students and provide information about the company’s products and convince them to enroll
• Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and correct information to customers at all time (Calls/Emails/Chat)
• Record all calls by documenting status, comments in the database/platform
• Keep students notified with product updates
• Maintain high level service to students
• Develop and maintain productive working relationship with team members
• Adhere to processes, standards, targets \& objectives
• Proper follow up
