Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
• Guide customers with basic product information and product selection.
• Ensure products are properly arranged, displayed, and replenished.
• Check product quality, packaging, expiry dates, and labels.
• Follow FIFO for proper stock rotation.
• Assist with stock counting, receiving, and inventory activities.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the store.
• Ensure shelves and display areas are well-maintained and presentable.
• Support billing and other store activities when required.
• Handle customer queries and escalate complaints to the Department Manager.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
