Creative Designer-Web Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, designing, and producing high-quality marketing materials, digital assets, and brand content that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualization: Generate innovative ideas and concepts for visual assets across digital (social media, website, email) and print (brochures, ads) platforms.
• Design Execution: Create prototypes, sketches, and finalized layouts for advertisements, marketing materials, and digital projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative directors, marketing managers, and product teams to translate conceptual ideas into actionable, high-impact designs.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain high standards and consistency across all company visuals, adhering strictly to branding guidelines.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from ideation to final production, meeting all deadlines.
• Feedback Integration: Proactively present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Experience: Experience in graphic design, visual design, or a similar creative role.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in layout, typography, branding, and digital design.
• Creativity: Strong artistic skills with the ability to interpret and visualize abstract concepts.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design software.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles for digital products.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
