Performance Marketer

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
• Experience with remarketing campaigns and lead generation.
• Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization is an added advantage.
