Metco India is hiring Machine Operators to run its stainless steel bottle line at Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore.

The operator owns one or more stations end to end: setup, running, in-process checks and daily upkeep.

About the line

The line converts SS304 coil and tube into finished single-wall and double-wall drinkware at a planned

rate of 25,000 bottles a month. It is an imported 8-machine automatic line plus supporting finishing

equipment.

Stations an operator may be assigned to

• Deep draw pressing and tube cutting

• Water bulging / hydroforming

• CNC spinning (neck and base forming)

• Threading

• Trimming (automatic trimming machine, 3,000+ pcs/day)

• Deburring (2,000 pcs/day)

• TIG welding

• Polishing, bead blasting and electropolishing

• Leak testing, washing and packing

Pay

₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
