Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure attractive visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reporting.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
