Job Description

TAFE ACCESS LIMITED is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team. We welcome applications from both freshers and candidates with relevant sales experience who are interested in building a career in the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper customer records.
• Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and vehicle delivery teams.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and candidates with relevant sales experience can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in automobile sales and the automotive industry.
• Automobile dealership experience will be an added advantage.
