Soldering Technician

Roles

• Perform precision soldering of PCBAs and electronic components in accordance with work instructions, IPC standards, and quality requirements.
• Inspect solder joints, identify defects, and carry out rework or repairs to ensure product reliability and functionality.
• Operate and maintain soldering tools, equipment, and workstations while following ESD and safety procedures.
• Record production activities, report quality issues promptly, and support continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years experience in Soldering.
• Should have good soldering skills.

Work Culture

• 5 days working with general shifts (9 to 6pm)

₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
