Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Chinese food items such as noodles, fried rice, momos, and other street-food dishes.
- Manage daily food preparation and cooking for a mobile food cart/van.
- Dealing with customers, taking payments from customers.
- Drive a 4-wheeler food van to designated locations.
- Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Manage basic stock and ingredients.
Requirements
- Experience in Chinese food preparation is preferred.
- Rs. 3000/- additional if you know 4 wheeler driving
- Kannada language is an added advantage.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
