Staff Cook

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook staff meals as per the required menu and standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene in the kitchen.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards while handling and preparing food.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and preparation of food items to maintain quality and freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment, utensils, workstations, and kitchen areas.
• Monitor food quality and ensure proper portion control.
• Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
• Follow proper food safety practices, including safe temperature control and prevention of cross-contamination.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and service of staff meals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Staff Cook or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of cooking and food preparation.
• Strong understanding of kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain consistency in taste and quality.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
