Job Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in rehabilitation and long-term care settings.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Assist patients with daily healthcare needs and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and health management.
• Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and patient requirements.
• Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification.
• 1-3 years of nursing experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
• Compassionate, responsible, and team-oriented approach.
• KNC Registration is not mandatory.
