Counselling Psychologist

Looking for Psychologist/ Counsellor at Careby Cadabams

• Conduct psychological assessments to understand patients’ emotional, behavioral, and cognitive needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions as per the treatment plan.

• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Provide psychoeducation to patients and families to improve insight and treatment adherence.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists in a multidisciplinary team.

• Coordinate smooth admission, treatment, and discharge processes.

• Act as a liaison between patients, families, staff, and the clinical team.

• Oversee residential activities to ensure safety, discipline, and structured routines.

• Supervise staff performance and ensure quality patient care in residential settings.

• Coordinate staff placements, duty rosters, and timely replacements.

• Address staff-related concerns and manage escalations effectively.

• Ensure continuity of care, adherence to protocols, and overall patient well-being.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
