Spare Parts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Parts Order Processing: Handling parts orders, preparing quotations, following up with customers, and processing sales orders.
• Inventory Management: Managing the parts warehouse, maintaining proper stock records, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely availability of required parts.
• Coordination with Service Team: Coordinating with the service team regarding parts requirements, ensuring timely dispatch of parts, and maintaining proper documentation.
• Coordination with Head Office: Coordinating with the Head Office regarding inventory requirements, replenishment of stock, and other parts-related requirements.
• Coordination with Accounts: Coordinating with the Accounts Department for after-sales invoicing, payment follow-ups, and ensuring timely completion of related billing and collection activities.
• Customer \& Internal Coordination: Maintaining regular follow-up with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of parts orders and after-sales requirements.

Educational Qualification and Skills required

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering – Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and other reporting tools. Knowledge of Tally / Salesforce / ERP software will be preferred.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
