Job Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Sales MIS reports
• Track sales targets, leads, calls, meetings, conversions and revenue
• Maintain Excel/Google Sheets, CRM and sales databases
• Prepare salesperson-wise and team-wise performance reports
• Create dashboards and management reports
• Identify data errors and maintain accurate records
• Support the sales team with data analysis and reporting

Required Skills

• Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Experience in Sales MIS, Sales Reporting or Sales Operations preferred
• Good communication and attention to detail
