Job Summary

Operations Management

• Coordinate day-to-day dispatches and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Maintain clear visibility on inventory, stock levels, and order status.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth execution.

Logistics \& Delivery

• Prepare dispatch plans and follow up with transporters for on-time pickup and delivery.
• Track shipments and update internal systems and customers.
• Handle issues related to delays, damage, or re-routing as needed.

Customer Coordination \& Support

• Follow up with customers for delivery confirmation, feedback, and repeat requirements.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all supply-related customer queries.
• Ensure service level.

Reporting \& Documentation

• Maintain dispatch records, delivery logs, and customer communication logs.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on delivery status, delays, and customer feedback.
• Update ERP/CRM tools regularly with order and shipment status.

Requirements

• 2 - 4+ Experience in operations, dispatch, or customer coordination.
• Strong command over MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP or inventory software.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills (email, phone, WhatsApp).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
