Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls related to patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and general hospital information

• Make outbound follow-up calls for appointment reminders, feedback collection, and missed consultations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient interaction records in the hospital system

• Coordinate with OPD, billing, lab, and clinical teams for seamless patient service

• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate department promptly

• Ensure polite, professional, and compassionate communication at all times.

• Manage front desk operations including patient registration, appointment check in, document verification, guiding patients and attendants through appropriate hospital process.

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi

• Prior experience of 1-2 years in a hospital or healthcare call center is preferred

• Familiarity with basic computer tools and hospital software systems
