Job Description

\[24]7.ai is hiring Process Executives for its International Voice Process. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication skills who can deliver outstanding customer service by handling inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Freshers and experienced candidates who are customer-focused, eager to learn, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.

Role \& Responsibilities

• Handle inbound voice calls from international customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams whenever necessary.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and active listening while handling customer interactions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience on every call.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 12th Pass / PUC / Diploma / Graduates can apply.
• Experienced candidates are eligible.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
• Good active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Prior International Voice/BPO experience will be an added advantage.

Salary Details Permanent Roles (Experienced Candidates)

• 6 Months to 18 Months Experience: ₹24,000 to ₹31,000 Take-Home per Month
• 2+ Years Experience: ₹32,000 to ₹39,000 Take-Home per Month

Contract Roles

• 3-Month Contract Opportunity
• Salary paid during training period.
• No bond or service agreement.
• Based on business requirements and individual performance, candidates may be considered for permanent employment.
