Quality Controller

• Monitor and evaluate customer calls to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Review calls, chats, and customer interactions for accuracy and professionalism.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, processes, and communication guidelines.
• Identify errors, gaps, and areas for improvement in customer interactions.
• Provide feedback and coaching to telecallers and BDEs to improve performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
• Track quality scores, compliance, customer handling, and process adherence.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with team leaders and trainers to improve team performance.
• Maintain quality audit records and documentation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and a consistent customer experience.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
