Experience

Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience

• Strong verbal communication skills and customer-handling abilities.

• Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.

• Availability to participate in the recruitment and selection process as scheduled.

• Candidate line-ups for twice-weekly hiring drives, including mandatory Saturday drives.

• Strong focus on candidate quality, compliance, interview conversion, and joining ratios.

• Proactive follow-ups to minimize candidate drop-offs.
