Job Responsibilities

• Make phone calls to people and explain the NGO's work and social welfare activities.
• Share information about the NGO's initiatives and encourage people to support its causes.
• Follow up with interested people and answer their questions politely.
• Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.
• Communicate clearly and build a good relationship with potential donors.
• Complete the daily calling tasks assigned by the team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: As per company requirements.
• Experience: Freshers can apply. No prior experience is required.
• Language: Manageable English communication is sufficient.
• Basic communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Must be interested in working with an NGO and supporting its activities.
• Long-term candidates preferred. Candidates should be willing to work with the organization for a longer period.

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
