Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM system.
- Meet quality standards, customer satisfaction targets, and performance metrics.
- Follow company policies and data privacy guidelines.
