• Ensure the successful delivery for all the services assigned to you

• Follow-up with vendors to ensure the on-time reaching to customers

• Proactively update to customer and vendor if there is change in location, delay or services

• Effective time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and tickets

• Experience working collaboratively with other teams to address the customer needs and improve the service.

• Demonstrate strong abilities in both verbal communication and active listening.

• Mandatory fluency in English, Hindi and any South language

• Being an individual role player.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
