About the Role- We are hiring energetic and fresh graduates/undergraduates with great communication skills for our International Voice Process. You will talk to global customers over the phone, solve their problems, and give them a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls or make outbound calls to international customers. \[1]
• Understand customer issues and provide clear solutions. \[1]
• Update customer details and notes accurately in the system. \[1, 2]
• Maintain required quality and productivity targets.
• Work in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts and weekly offs. \[1, 2]

Requirements \& Skills

• Education: 12th pass (PUC) or any graduate. \[1, 2]
• Communication: Excellent spoken English skills (neutral or clear accent). \[1, 2]
• Shift Flexibility: Ready to work in US/UK/Australian rotational night shifts. \[1, 2, 3]
• Basic computer and typing navigation skills. \[1]
