Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and patient-friendly Guest Relations Executive to ensure a positive experience for patients and their attendants throughout their hospital visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors with a courteous and professional approach.
• Address patient queries, concerns and feedback promptly.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Assist patients with appointments, OPD visits and hospital services.
• Handle patient grievances and escalate issues to the concerned team when required.
• Conduct patient follow-ups and collect feedback to improve patient satisfaction.
• Maintain proper records of patient feedback and complaints.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a hospital is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-friendly attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good coordination and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Presentable, confident and professional.
